Are we living - or just dreaming?
Are we living - or just acting out of habit?
We try to find ourselves between noise and silence, between impulse and fatigue. A group of people from different generations meet in a post-industrial space, where echoes reverberate differently than when inside the theatre. They have one thing in common: the need to stop and reset - to find some hidden “default setting” of humanity.
The work-in-progress performance created by the Intergenerational Theatre Group is a ritual composition of movement, sound, word and body, that cuts through everyday life like a deep pause. It is not a linear story, but a joint experience - intense and physical - born out of the tensions between individuality and collectivity.
In these days, when the pace of life imposes an algorithm of loneliness, played out simultaneously in all generations, this moment of co-presence becomes an act of defiance. The space - raw and non-theatrical - resonates with the movement which is not aimed at any goal, but towards presence.
