Classes are dedicated to families with young children aged 0-6 years and are based on the theory of music education by E.E. Gordon and on the implementation of "live" music, largely improvised. By means of rhythmically and tonally varied chants and rhymes in typical and unusual meters, children are listening to the richness of sounds and rhythms naturally entering the world of music.
The classes are attended by up to 15 children and their guardians, and their duration does not exceed 45 minutes. Classes are conducted in the form of spontaneous play with the help of colorful props used to visualize musical stories. All musical activities are accompanied by movement. Meetings are aimed at educating a young man aware of listening to music, developing the imagination and supporting motor coordination that is so important for the child's development.
The most important goal of teaching according to E.E Gorgon's theory is the ability to audiate or understand music - musical thinking. Huge meaning is therefore not only pure singing and sense of rhythm, but also a smooth, continuous body movement depicting musical motifs, as well as moments of silence, thanks to which children can make musical insights. Teaching takes place through play with the use of, among others, colorful tissues, balls, soap bubbles, Klanza Sheet or other functional items that support the whole of the musical dialogues with children.
